Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use RankSiteGeo (ranksitegeo.com), a service provided by Technocrat, based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using the service you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use RankSiteGeo.

RankSiteGeo is a local SEO tool. Depending on your plan, it provides:

• a free geogrid rank audit showing where your business appears on Google Maps;
• rank tracking and before-and-after comparisons;
• Citation Sync, which submits your business details to online directories;
• a Google Authority Stack of documents and folders about your business; and
• a Web 2.0 Stack of articles published on blogging platforms.

Some steps need action from you, such as phone verification for Google Business Profile. Some work is carried out by our team by hand. Features and plans may change over time.

• You must give accurate business information and be authorised to act for the business you add.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for activity on your account.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of what is published about your business, and you must tell us promptly if your details change.

You agree not to:

• add a business you do not own or have permission to represent;
• submit false, misleading, unlawful or infringing information;
• use the service to spam, impersonate others or harm a competitor;
• overload, scrape, probe or attempt to break into the service or its systems; or
• resell or white-label the service except under a plan that allows it.

We may suspend or end access if these terms are broken.

RankSiteGeo works with third-party directories, search engines and publishing platforms. They decide whether and when a listing or post is accepted, approved or shown, and they may change or remove it. We cannot control them, and we do not guarantee that any listing, page or post will appear or stay live.

Search rankings depend on many things outside our control, including Google's algorithms. We do not promise any particular ranking, traffic or number of customers.

Paid plans, prices, billing and refunds will be set out here when online payments are introduced. Until then, plans are arranged directly with us. Any price we agree with you before then applies.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent the law allows, Technocrat is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business or data, or for the actions of third-party platforms. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change is significant we will tell you. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction over any dispute, except where the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
